Patrick Guilbaud. Irelands most award winning restaurant and 2 Michelin stars cant be wrong. Located in the magnificent Merrion Hotel this restaurant makes mouth watering food and has an extensive wine list. A real treat.

Eden. This acclaimed restaurant is perched in the centre of the action in Temple Bar. The food has a modern Irish feel to it and the outside tables are very much envied.

Monty’s of Kathmandu. A traditional Nepalese restaurant, the only one in the city, set in Temple Bar. A winner of best ethnic restaurant, earns its place on the list of fine dining in Dublin establishments. Monty’s employs only Nepalese chefs for that authentic flavour and exotic atmosphere.

Diep le Shaker. A team of Thai chefs have developed the excellent menu which has many fans. The restaurant has a real buzz about it and is deemed to be Dublin best Thai restaurant.

Cornucopia. Dublin premiere vegetarian restaurant is often crowded, attracting not just vegetarians, but food lovers. The menu has delicious, wholesome and reasonably priced foods serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tea Rooms. One of the most popular and sought after tables in the city, not only to try and glimpse celeb owners Bono and The Edge, but for its head chef, Mathieu Melin’s amazing culinary creations. Set in The Clarence hotel, the Octagon Bar is also a favourite watering hole for many. Truly fine dining in Dublin at its best.
